Stunning mountain vibes in Bergville 🏞️
The guided walks were just the best, allowing us to really take in the scenery, and the food—absolute winner! Can’t forget those lekker morning sunrises while sipping coffee on my stoep. Plus, the staff really made us feel like family, always keen to help out and chat!

The guided walks were some of the best
I've experienced, challenging yet rewarding with breathtaking views. The staff's warmth and professionalism were commendable. My family particularly enjoyed the diverse dining options. be prepared for the long trek from the parking area to the rooms, which was a bit of a workout.

while the views are decent, the service here is just saddeningly impersonal. We barely avoided a room mix-up, and a special birthday surprise? More like a birthday oversight! But surely as a dashing solo traveler, an upgrade or at least a complimentary drink woudl ve been an expected gesture. I almost gave them a good review, but I just couldn't.

The guided walks were fantastic, and the food blew me away! Only hiccup was the long trek from parking to the room, but the stunning views made it worth it.

beautiful location, well equipped hotel, family-oriented activities
Room changes due to maintenance issues were inconvenient!!! Limited food options for teenagers could use improvement!!! Path from parking to rooms felt excessive, making it a workout!!! Considerations to enhance outdoor access are needed!!!

Breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere define this retreat. The spacious room offered comfort and cleanliness, making it a perfect sanctuary after a day exploring the beautiful hiking trails. The dining experience stood out for its exceptional quality, notably with delicious pizza options, although some meals required prior notice for dietary preferences. road access was challenging, and limited late-night snack options impacted the convenience. the attentive staff, particularly our friendly waitress, enhanced the welcoming ambiance.

Absolutely loved the stunning views from our secluded suite and the modern, comfy vibe! The meals were delicious—seriously, I nearly rolled out of there! Perfect retreat for a relaxing weekend away from it all.
But let’s talk about the road to get there—definitely a 'pot hole adventure! ' And don’t expect a late-night snack. the fridge was a mythical creature in our room!
